The Highs and Lows of President Trump’s Job Approval

President Trump heads into his first address to Congress with the lowest job approval of any chief executive since Dwight D. Eisenhower, when Gallup began tracking the initial months of a president’s term. Mr. Trump’s record-low approval rating is because of high disapproval among Democrats and independents, but masks the considerable satisfaction Republicans feel with his presidency so far. CONT.
