In connection with efforts to overturn the 2020 election, over half of registered voters think former President Donald Trump did something illegal. That’s according to a new Fox News Poll conducted before Trump and 18 others were indicted in Georgia for alleged efforts to challenge his 2020 election defeat in the state. Trump was also indicted August 1 on federal charges related to 2020 election subversion allegations.
Fifty-three percent believe Trump did something illegal when it comes to efforts to change the 2020 election results, including most Democrats (90%) and 6 in 10 independents (62%). About 1 in 10 Republicans think the former president did something illegal (13%). CONTINUED
