President Joe Biden joked about his falling approval rating during “The Tonight Show” with Jimmy Fallon on Friday night.
When asked by Fallon if he paid attention to approval ratings, the president quipped: “I was paying attention when they were in the mid-60s, but now that they’re in the 40s, I don’t pay attention anymore.”
Jimmy Fallon replied that he appreciated the president’s honesty. “You came in hot, and then you got to medium, and now you’re at a low, but you just got to keep your head down, right, and keep doing the right thing,” Fallon said. CONTINUED
