What We Are Hearing About Clinton and Trump

This election season, most Americans are paying attention to the presidential candidates on a daily basis. That’s good news, but what Americans report reading and hearing about Donald J. Trump and Hillary Clinton has to make us wonder about the value of the hyper-prolonged, exhausting modern-day campaign process.

With a few exceptions, namely Mr. Trump’s views on immigration, Americans have little recall of reading, hearing or seeing information about the policies of the presidential candidates or their positions on issues. CONT.
