Obama’s Approval Rating Rebounds Despite Divisions Over Economic Policies

Lifted by improving economic expectations, President Obama’s approval rating in the latest Allstate/National Journal Heartland Monitor Poll has rebounded to its highest level in nearly two years. But even with that recovery, Americans remain split almost evenly on both the impact of his economic policies and his overall performance, the survey found. CONT.
