Mayor Rahm Emanuel has opened up a double-digit lead on challenger Jesus “Chuy” Garcia, gaining support from a majority of voters for the first time in his bid for a second term, a new Chicago Tribune poll has found.
The survey had Emanuel at 51 percent to 37 percent for Garcia with less than four weeks before the April 7 runoff election. CONT.
