Uninsured Rate Holds at 13.4%

The Affordable Care Act, commonly referred to as “Obamacare,” appears to be meeting its goal of reducing the percentage of Americans without health insurance. The uninsured rate remained steady from the second quarter of 2014 at 13.4% in the third quarter. This is the lowest recorded uninsured rate since Gallup and Healthways began tracking it in 2008. The previous low point was 14.4% in the third quarter of 2008. CONT.

Gallup poll shows that the number of Americans with health insurance has increased by a paltry 1% under Obamacare.

According to Gallup, 14.4% of Americans were uninsured in the “third quarter of 2008,” five weeks before Obama was elected. Now, more than a year after Obamacare went into effect, 13.4% of Americans are uninsured (see link).

Using current population stats, Democrats destroyed health insurance in America for 315 million people so that 3 million people could get health insurance. Meanwhile, 42 million Americans still do not have health insurance. #VoteREPUBLICANin2014
