The political landscape of an election takes shape long before any votes are cast, and judging by who is not running in 2018, the year is not shaping up well for the GOP.
This week, three more Republicans announced they would not seek reelection in the House of Representatives, bringing the number to 30 so far. That’s the highest number of retirements for a party in power for decades, surpassing the numbers in the wave election years of 2010, 2006 and 1994. CONT.
