Joe Biden’s job rating has taken a dip as progress on his spending plans has stalled. The latest Monmouth University Poll finds a majority of the American public continues to support these plans despite concerns about a potential rise in consumer prices as a result. One question is whether the plans should be passed with or without bipartisan support.
