Each evening for the past several weeks, President Trump, officials from his administration and representatives of the White House coronavirus task force have assembled in the White House briefing room or in the Rose Garden to provide updates to the press on the coronavirus pandemic. The most prominent voice in these briefings is almost always Trump’s. Unfortunately for any efforts to convey information to the public, Trump’s is also the least-trusted voice on the subject. CONT.
