Although barely one in four Americans are satisfied with the way things are going in the U.S., majorities are satisfied with the overall quality of life in the U.S. (77%), the opportunity for a person to get ahead by working hard (65%) and the influence of organized religion (53%). At the same time, Americans are largely dissatisfied with other aspects of U.S. society, especially the moral and ethical climate (26% are satisfied). CONT.
