President Donald Trump on Friday signed the Republican tax bill into law, and he predicted that the American people will be pleased with how it improves both their paychecks and the U.S. economy.
“I don’t think I’m going to have to travel too much to sell it,” he said. “I think it’s selling itself. It’s becoming very popular.”
On “Your World,” pollster Frank Luntz pointed out that only 30 percent of Americans approve of the tax legislation, so it’s going to take a lot of communication and education on the part of Republicans to sway public opinion. CONT.
