There are a multitude of reasons why Hillary Clinton could still lose the election, but she no longer has to run under the shadow of a criminal charge. Indeed, the likelihood of an indictment has arguably been decreasing since spring. The whole episode has been badly damaging to Clinton, but the damage is already done and long incorporated in the public’s view of her. CONT.
