Those sentiments mesh closely with where Republican presidential primary voters are on the issue, according to the latest Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll. In the June poll, Republicans, and particularly self-described GOP primary voters, were strongly opposed to negotiating with Iran.

They stood out from Americans at large and most other voters groups, who favored the negotiations. CONT.
