One of Democrats’ struggles is that voters are not feeling the benefits of the economic recovery despite the Dow reaching record highs, the unemployment rate and gas prices dropping, more Americans having health insurance, and the housing market recovering. Student-loan debt seems to be recovery-proof, which helps explain the lack of optimism when most other economic indicators are pointing in the right direction. CONT.
