Democratic Lieutenant Governor Gavin Newsom remains the favorite in next June’s top-two primary election for governor. The latest Berkeley IGS Poll finds Newsom the choice of 23% of all registered voters and 26% of those most likely to vote. Three other candidates are well back and vying for second place. CONT.
